Casa Adobe A unique community that is built in one of the most internationally recognized luxury destinations: Los Cabos, Mexico, located in a residential area with high purchasing power, El Tezal. Casa Adobe is a project that from its beginning has sought to be a unique community, offering an environmentally friendly housing option. Set in an area of 4.5 hectares located on a frank and elongated slope of the Tezal estate, overlooking the bay of Cabo San Lucas and the mountain, the community integrates a vernacular architectural design that seeks to rescue elements of the Mexican indigenous past. In accordance with the master plan, the project integrates various actions in favor of the environment, which seek to create a set endorsed by the EDGE certification (Excellence in design for greater efficiencies). These include solar cells, recycling and water collection, bioclimatic and an 8,000m2 park and construction materials that favor adequate energy consumption. In addition to other towers, the proposal includes functional 1, 2 and 3-bedroom loft-type apartment towers, as well as 33 houses with an average surface area of 110 m2.
